oh my goodness, i can crochet!


Since Brown Owls quite a few weeks back, I have been attempting to crochet. There's been tears, tantrums and now FINALLY triumph! I finished my very first granny square last night and if you can't already tell, am very proud of myself. Now will have to take a trip to the wool shop and pick up some pretty wool (unlike the one above) to make a crochet blankie.

nice work, Im glad you persisted, you will become addicted while you do your first blankie...crocheting has strange powers over your mind and you wont want to do anything!! Strange but very true : )

Great work Danielle. I have never got the hang of crocheting not for the want of trying. I find it really difficult to hold the wool and feel at ease while working. I did make a scarf last year but nothing since.
