oh my goodness, i can crochet!
Since Brown Owls quite a few weeks back, I have been attempting to crochet. There's been tears, tantrums and now FINALLY triumph! I finished my very first granny square last night and if you can't already tell, am very proud of myself. Now will have to take a trip to the wool shop and pick up some pretty wool (unlike the one above) to make a crochet blankie.

It looks great! Have fun shopping for your wool and making your new blankie.
How cool is that! I still can't do it and I'm just too impatient to try again yet....can't wait to see your blankie!
nice work, Im glad you persisted, you will become addicted while you do your first blankie...crocheting has strange powers over your mind and you wont want to do anything!! Strange but very true : )
Cant wait to see your blankie and i promise to show you my attempt very soon...as soon as i remember to take the pics of my camera!! haha have a super dooper weekend x evie
superb job my dear, it is so neat!
Well done, Danielle! I wish I could crochet too (disaster waiting to happen in my case). Looking forward to seeing your blankie when it's finished :)
You are very neat! I'm so glad Brown Owls is bringin out people's inner crocheter!
Well done, looks great! I can't crochet at all, wish I could!
That looks fantastic. I can't wait to see your blanket grow. Crochet is definitely addictive.
Yay!! It looks great! :) How fun! I can't wait to see you blakie!
Great work Danielle. I have never got the hang of crocheting not for the want of trying. I find it really difficult to hold the wool and feel at ease while working. I did make a scarf last year but nothing since.
Thanks for the lovely comment about my Nana's wooden spoon, it sure is loved.
Yay, go crochet! I knew that more brownies would feel the love!
I have 2 words... Congratulations! And YUM! (yum because it reminds me of cheesecake with blueberry swirled through...yum!)
Well done!!!!
